What's Not Included
No surprises. Here's what you handle yourself.
Domain Registration
You own and manage your domain—that's intentional. You should always have full control over your domain name. DNS is managed through Cloudflare as part of your hosting.
Email Hosting
Business email (like [email protected]) is separate. I recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and I'm happy to set it up for you.
24/7 Support
I'm one person, not a call centre. Your site is monitored around the clock, but I respond during business hours. Priority clients get emergency contact for critical issues—I'll do my best to respond after hours.
Content Creation
Photos, graphics, and copywriting aren't included. I can assist with AI-generated draft copy, but your content always sounds best when it comes from you.

Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
All changes are billed at $250/hr ex GST with a 30 minute minimum per batch. Development work is invoiced monthly alongside your hosting. Submit multiple small requests together and they share that minimum—better value for you. GST (10%) will be applied to all invoices from 1st July 2026.
Yes. Website builds are quoted separately as project work. Once live, your site moves onto one of these hosting plans for ongoing management.
Absolutely. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. I'll help you migrate to another host if you need it.
That's a champagne problem. Generous bandwidth is included. If your traffic grows significantly, we can easily scale up your cloud server or add resources—that's a success story, not a penalty.
